Placement Bonuses of $18,000
We are selective in whom we assist. To be considered for placement, candidates
must meet at least one of the following eligibility criteria:
- Graduation from a top 15 law school; or
- Current employment by a law firm that pays salaries of $160,000 to first-year
associates in one or more of its offices; or
- Work experience in a high-demand practice area, e.g., patent litigation.
Referral Bonuses of $1,000+
Firm To Firm awards an $18,000 Placement Bonus to
candidates we successfully place, one of the most
generous bonuses offered by any legal recruiting firm.
We provide this bonus to candidates placed in positions
with starting salaries of at least $160,000 for first-year
associates. Though candidates typically have 2+ years
of experience, we also assist candidates with less
experience and award them a $15,000 bonus.
Placement bonuses are provided after we receive the
industry-standard placement fee.
Firm To Firm provides a $1,000 Referral Bonus to individuals registered with us who
refer a successfully placed candidate and who meet one of the criteria above. To
determine this, we use information from the candidate's registration form. Individuals
who refer multiple candidates receive even higher referral bonuses.
