    Identifiable Information about them to potential third-party employers; and (ii)
    distributing their resume to potential third-party employers.

  • Firm To Firm does not disclose information to unauthorized persons or
    entities, unless agreed to by the registrant or otherwise in accordance with
    this policy or the terms of this website.  

  • Firm To Firm collects information solely to facilitate its placement services and
    adheres to applicable personal information privacy laws.  

  • In no case will a Firm To Firm registrant's, customer's, or candidate's
    Personally Identifiable Information be disclosed, without their consent, to third
    parties other than Firm To Firm staff, independent contractors, consultants, or
    other authorized parties.  

  • Firm To Firm reserves the right to share registration information among its
    authorized staff, independent contractors, consultants, and officers for the
    purposes of carrying out its placement services.  

  • Firm To Firm reserves the right to disclose aggregate statistics and Non-
    Personally Identifiable Information of its registrants to authorized third parties,
    such as the number of registrants who have graduated from a specific law
    school or who are interested in a particular region.  Such information does not
    disclose the identity of any individual registrant.

  • "Personally Identifiable Information" means any of the following: the name,
    email, phone number, address, specific law firm of a registrant, or other
    information sufficient to uniquely identify an individual.
